Refunds
- During your 30 days of access, you have the flexibility to request a full refund, even if we’ve already completed 5 work days of requests. I will personally ensure your refund is processed within 48 hours.
- As a token of our appreciation for trying out our membership and sharing your feedback to help us improve, you’ll be able to keep any completed work as well.

How much does it cost?

Access

Your membership will end after 90 days or when you use all of the work days, with no hidden auto-renewals or cancellation process to bother with.

Extensions

Anytime you top up your pass, your access resets another 90 days and ensures your unused work days roll over instead of expiring.
Refunds

Cancel your pass within the first 30 days, and we’ll prorate your refund for the unused work days. For example, if 5 days are used, you’re eligible for a refund for the 15 unused days. Issued within 48 hours.

Need more?

Upgrade your pass for extended access and capacity for multiple requests at the same time.

Your requests will be handled weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Requests

Extend your membership, which comes with 50 work days to use for design or development requests. We take care of these requests two at a time and can handle more if our schedule allows it.
Access

Your membership will end after 120 days or when you use all of the work days, with no hidden auto-renewals or cancellation process to bother with.

Extensions
- Anytime you top up your pass, your access resets another 120 days and ensures your unused work days roll over instead of expiring.
Refunds
- There are no refunds available for the Overtime Access Pass upgrade. With limited spots available on the schedule, this is to ensure that only projects that really need multiple requests capacity can have access.
